Oven-baked rice from Valencia: This dish and includes black pudding, pork meat, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes and chickpeas.

 

Gazpacho Manchego: Its a stew served on a very flat bread called "Torta", the ingredients of the "Torta" are: water, flour and salt.

 

Rice with cardoon, mushroom, rice with pieces of seasoned chicken breast, simmered in a savoury broth with a variety of vegetables.

 

Paella valenciana Rice, green vegetables, rabbit and chicken.
